30-Day Comfort Guarantee

Arctic stands behind its product. If your Arctic Brief does not meet your comfort expectations within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange.

This guarantee exists because we are confident in our ice-silk technology. If the product does not deliver on its promise, we want to make it right.

Quick summary: 30 days from delivery · Original packaging required · Refund to original payment method within 7–10 business days.

What Is Eligible for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In original condition, not worn, damaged or altered
  • Accompanied by order number
  • Purchased from arcticwear.in

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items worn, washed or showing extended wear
  • Final-sale items
  • Gift cards

Hygiene note: We reserve the right to decline returns on items that appear used or are not in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

    Email us at returns@arcticwear.in with your order number — response within 24 hours.

    Receive your prepaid return shipping label via email.
  3. 3
    Pack the item and drop it at the nearest courier pickup point.
  4. 4
    Refund or exchange processed within 2–3 business days of receiving the item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • Credit/Debit Card — 5–7 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking — 3–5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery — store credit or NEFT within 5–7 business days

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we'll exchange at no additional cost subject to availability. Follow the same return process and specify the size needed. If the size is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number.

  • Free return pickup arranged
  • Full refund including shipping, or replacement
  • No return window restrictions for defective items
