HOW TO MEASURE
Waist Measurement Guide
1
Find your natural waist — narrowest part of torso, around your navel.
2
Use a flexible tape measure — wrap snugly, flat against skin.
3
Read in centimetres — stand naturally, breathe normally, measure on exhale.
4
Between sizes? Size up — performance fit means the larger size will be more comfortable all day.
