Processing Times

All Arctic orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a dispatch notification with your tracking details once your order leaves our facility.

Note: During peak sale periods or product launches, processing times may extend to 3–4 business days. We'll communicate any delays proactively via email.

Domestic Delivery

Arctic ships across all serviceable pin codes in India. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on your pin code. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) — typically 2–4 business days Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities — 4–7 business days Remote or hill station pin codes — 6–10 business days.

We do not currently offer international shipping. For international enquiries, contact support@arcticwear.in.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Tracking information may take 12–24 hours to update after dispatch.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 48 hours after dispatch, please contact our support team.

Delays and Exceptions

Arctic is not responsible for delays caused by: Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, Natural disasters, extreme weather, or force majeure. Public holidays or logistics partner disruptions

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please allow an additional 2 business days before contacting us.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment charges apply when the error is on the customer's side.

Packages unclaimed after 15 days will be restocked. Store credit for the order value excluding shipping will be issued to your account.
